Senior by design

We do not hire juniors and put them on senior projects. If you are senior, we treat you as such.

Ship, then iterate

We prefer a working small thing over a beautiful plan. First increment ships in two weeks.

Learn out loud

Internal engineering blog, weekly demos, monthly retros. Nothing is a private win here.

Long haul

Median tenure is seven years for principal engineers. We hire for a decade, not a quarter.

How we hire

Five steps, two to three weeks.

No ATS filtering. No trick questions. We respect your time and expect the same from you. Every step is a two-way conversation.

  1. Step 01

    Application

    Send us a CV and a note. If you have public work, link it. We read everything, humans only, no ATS filtering.

  2. Step 02

    First conversation

    Thirty minutes with the hiring manager. Two-way. Ask us anything. If either side sees a poor fit, we say so.

  3. Step 03

    Craft assessment

    A take-home aligned to your role, or a live pairing session. Roughly four hours of your time. We respect the clock.

  4. Step 04

    Team round

    Meet three to five people you would work with. Includes at least one principal engineer and the practice lead.

  5. Step 05

    Offer and start

    Written offer inside 48 hours of a yes. Reasonable notice periods accommodated. First-day setup ready before you arrive.

  • Some roles are fully remote. Most senior engineering roles are hybrid, with two days a week in one of our four offices. Sales, delivery leadership, and client-facing roles are typically hybrid or on-site.
